Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is an uncommon head and neck malignancy which can rarely present with cranial nerve palsies. Here we report a case of nasopharyngeal mass presented initially ophthalmic complaints due to compression nerves in superior orbital fissure resulting Rochen-Duvigneaud syndrome.
